Prior to the meeting being called to order, an appeal was made for the paying of annual dues to the Treasurer, considering that the election of Officers was to be held at this meeting.
The meeting was called to order at 2:30pm by President Earl Baugh. There were 46 people in attendance.

Robert, had 3D printed some AHCS logo keytags for giveaway. Bryan, gave a presentation on his Field Station 42, a “TV Guide” style TV server called Baz TV running on a 26TB hard drive with several hundred hours of programming and 3000 commercials included.
Jon gave a briefing on a newly designed Final Grom cartridge for the TI-99/4A that is running Dragons Lair game and 30 minutes of Looney Tunes cartoons. He has also greatly improved the TI-99/4A Diagnostic cartridge into an awesome menu driven upgrade of the existing cartridges abilities. He has also ported the diagnostics to the Tomy Tutor using a “shim” that runs from ROM.
Logg reminded the membership that there is an up to $2000 bounty on older Runescape games found on old hard drives, depending on the version discovered.
Andre discussed a project related to PCI sound integration.
A Presentation is scheduled by Logg for the November meeting. He will be selecting from a mere 3000 photos taken at VCFMW.

An appeal was made by the Secretary for any Members that wanted to be nominated for a position on the Board of Directors. There were no volunteers. Following a request for a Motion, A motion was made, seconded and approved unanimously to reelect the current Officers for another term to maintain the Status Quo. Re-elected were Earl Baugh – President, Jon Guidry – Vice President, Dave Brown – Treasurer, Kyle Richardson – Social Media Coordinator and Bill Blackburn – Secretary.
The meeting was concluded at 4:20pm and 12 members adjourned to Sonny’s BBQ for offtopic discussions.
